Intervention

Kathleen offers both Assessment and Intervention to children, adolescents and adults, aged 5 and onwards.

Kathleen provides evidence-based practice using her warm manner and is interested in play therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), animal-assisted interventions, strengths-based therapy, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with children, adolescents and adults.

Kathleen has extensive experience and a special interest in neurodiversity-affirming assessment and differential diagnosis. She uses a holistic, person-centred approach to assessments to tailor diagnostic conclusions and recommendations. She enjoys completing assessments for Children, Adolescents and Adults.
